Lauren is an abstract artist who loves to create sensory, visual experiences, using her hands to make innovative marks on the canvas or surface. Capturing movement and shape, through photography and film, continues to inspire her to create large-scale pieces. Lauren creates space to heal through her art. She uses painting as a form of self-expression, connecting with herself and others, creating a deep bond between mind, body, and soul.
Lauren’s love of connecting with people has come to the forefront in her recent work. She has become known for her expressive and empowering workshops. Her art and personality mix and ignite in many ways: running programmes for young people with the Prince’s Trust, working as an artist in residence with primary pupils and teachers, and facilitating creative workshops in her community.
Lauren’s philosophy is to lean into life, embrace it all, learn from every experience, and do what makes you feel most alive! She has a passion for self-discovery, learning, unlocking inspiration, and creating immersive experiences.
Art is Lauren’s medicine. And she shares that magic, building creative spaces where you can bloom into the best version of yourself.
